Analysis & Design
The Analysis and Design (A&D) Discipline involves the initial phase of
interaction with a client organisation.
During that phase, we analyse business issues with our clients and design
interventions to address these issues. We begin by formulating a hypothesis
and then developing a business case which provides a business rationale
for change.
By applying robust analytical techniques we are able to generate meaningful
insights for clients into their organisations, helping them to understand
the root causes of issues, to identify and then prioritize opportunities
worth pursuing and to generate a new desire within the organisation to be
successful.
The Analysis and Design phase is a precursor to a Results Delivery project (see
Delivery Discipline) in which we further develop and pursue
A&D findings and opportunities and deliver attendant benefits to the
client organisation.
The Discipline has recently developed an "e-analysis "framework ("e-gnite")
which has been tailored specifically for e-strategy and e-business
environments.
