Gemini Consulting has been designing and embedding strategic change within South
African client organisations since 1991.
Over this period we have built a deep understanding of the local environment, its specific challenges, and how best to introduce international expertise for maximum client organisational benefit.
In September 1999 the management of the South African practice of Gemini effected a buy-out of the local operation. The new operation is owned by Metra Holdings.
As a result of the management buy-out, the new entity trades under licence as Gemini Consulting in South Africa. The licence agreement enshrines all the advantages previously enjoyed as a fully-owned member of the global Capgemini Group, including sole South African access to expertise, knowledge bases, Gemini University and the global resource pool.
