How to apply
Send your curriculum vitae and attached academic transcripts to the address
below. If the CV is applicable, we then send it to the relevant discipline head
for screening.
After approval, we invite accepted candidates for a first round of interviews.This consists of two interviews; a first interview to determine how you would fit into the culture of the company, and a case interview to test your general business skills. Each interview lasts 35 minutes.
A candidate who succeeds in both interviews is invited for a second round of
interviews, conducted by the discipline head. In the second round
interview, the candidate is tested for content knowledge for the relevant
discipline.
The third round interview is the final stage of the interview process. This
interview is the Growth Potential Interview, which is conducted by a
Director or Vice President. The Growth Potential Interview is a validation
of
- the spread of required competencies
- the relative mix of competencies, level of entry and discipline affiliation.
