In the People Discipline we focus on the relationship between
people and the organisation in a client environment. Our primary areas of
focus are discussed below:
Capability Development is where we consider all the aspects of
capacity creation within an organisation, including organisation design, roles
and responsibilities, competencies, systems and processes and skill
development.
In the area of Change Management we help people to let go of
the old and embrace the new. By applying expert mobilisation methodologies
we align the organisation around a particular change initiative.
Our Human Resources Strategy considers the attraction,
selection, development and retention of the human capital necessary to drive an
organisation's strategic performance.
In Leadership Development we develop the leadership capacity
to manage both internal and external strategic challenges. Both individual
and team capacities are developed to take effective decisions and then to
implement appropriate actions while mobilising and aligning the organisation.
